these four boxes contained the electricpower outlets that are gonna be embedded at various points into the surface ofthe new office bench tops. i chose these because one of the main thoughts behindthe office refurb is that anything that can be hidden away should be hidden away. they're an all plastic construction but they feel quite solid, it doesn't feellike something that will be easily broken. when it's not in use the wholebody sits below the bench top surface so that all you'll see on top is the silvercircle. then when you want to access the power outlets your fingertips depressthe spring-loaded section so you can grab the center circle and just pullupwards to reveal the outlets. the

spring-loaded part seems to be theweakest link in the whole construction, but as i found out later, once they'refitted, the whole pull up, push down action is quite smooth. each unit has 1, 2, 3 power outlets and they've come pre-wired, so all you have to do is connect them toa power source. the second two units are almost identical to the first, but theyhave the added advantage of two usb 2.0 ports which you can use to power orrecharge mobile phones, tablets or other devices. to secure the unit into a bench top youneed to cut a circular hole, remove the threaded black collar, place the unit inthe hole and re-thread the black collar

from underneath. there's plenty of threadso you'll have no problem with even the most thickest the bench tops. these were a great buy and each one wasjust $31.50 australian and i got them from ebay.
