you hi, ricky here. we are in brighton in this beautiful metricon home, and this is part of your signature collection is that right? yeah, it's new to arrange the [bayville] 49 it's a classic hamptons feel in brighton now this home is so different to the normal metricon style isn't it yeah? it's a bit out of the box this one so well with us into a range of homes we sort of go away and really research about the market and and try and innovate new products to to bring the [marketplace] and this is our next big thing. [so] we're really excited about this home it's absolutely stunning the beautiful grand entrance and and the styling is absolutely gorgeous
yeahthe feature of the home is really that entry as the facade is really a focal point as well as you sort of entered the behind but as you enter to do into the home that sort of double storey void is a very big feature [getting] the detail writing this type [of] design is very important you'll notice the ease on the front facade as well as the timber work very refined it's and its craftsmanship that you'd actually find [anymore] these days and it's hard to find so many luxury pieces in the home as well that wine cellar is just beautiful in such a great touch the wine room is an interesting point you know it's something different in our homes, and it's something that people are appreciating more of these days and wine [ad] collections are becoming more and more popular. so why not play on the idea? so we've created a wire room
that's actually quite visible from the entryway feature in that yeah, it is, and we wanted to make make sure that that was a feature i really like the living spaces that you have multi-zone living areas is important families are getting bigger and they're actually accommodating a lot more people. so you've got parents staying over [you've] got friends staying over, so adapting spaces to your lifestyle is very important, so creating a retreat space for the kids upstairs where they can get away and just do their own things very important parents have got their downstairs space they can watch quite tv or movie so yeah these zoned areas are quite important in this design it's not just the house to accommodate people is to accommodate a great lifestyle
yeah, exactly and in adapting your last your home to your lifestyle [so] you know making those subtle changes so you can actually you know move in and live as you were yeah how many bedrooms do we have four bedrooms in this one? no? it's really big very spacious isn't it yeah? it is a spacious area and all have walking ropes. yes. they do yeah, fantastic pretty i'm gonna ask you a really hard question now if you had three favorite things [what] would they be in this home? i think i've got about 25. i think i've got about 30, but the kitchen i think the central hub of the home is is quite important this home. it's centrally located easily accessible from different parts of the home
but what [i] really do like is the island bench the second part is really the de [call] you can't sort of look past the decor in a home like this and i suppose the third third part of this home is really the outdoor area so have it so the design integrates well with the outdoors. it's beautiful. i love it i'm sold and i would move in in a heartbeat. thank you so much ricky for taking me through today. no problems thinking
