hi this rm wraps my name is randy miller i'm getting a lot of requests to wrap how to wrap cabinetry doors especially oneswith the kind of food looking things so i'm going to show you how to do it thefirst most important thing is actually using the 50 curves the 70 percentalcohol and water so i mix it in here clean it really good all the way aroundboth sides and then at the very when it's all nice and clean way the nextstep is to actually use a 3m 94 primer and i want you to hit these cornersaround here and also around the edges like right here and once that is allfilled up with the 3m 94 primer then you need your vinyl you can be a print likei you can buy off a rm wraps or the 3m
1080 or the di-noc material and so ihad a lot of questions or a lot of people asking questions how do you getinto the grooves i'm going to show you so when you do is you measure to makesure it goes all the way around and what i normally do i just take the backingoff they go halfway and make sure it's allthe way around the edges you can pull it off or you can just kind of go lay itdown see where it's at pick your shirts all around the cornersokay listen every least vinyl if it's thesize this you get the air bubbles out but you want the final to go all the wayacross okay so once you're doing that
you look closer if you want one david and it's up high so the vinyl does notstick on the ground i'm using these little triangles you can use two byfours or or whatever and you'll need a heat gun okay so get a little closerdavid make sure all the air bubbles out you want to leave one side open downover here so when i'm doing the vinyl heating i'm going to push the air thisway and go okay next step is kinda hit with a heat gun you look closer and it's you can tell when it startssoftening up and it starts getting hard curb stopping this try not to burnyourself
you know public lifeokay kids kind of see what i'm doing you're kind of walking it in and i'mbarely putting a heat on now because it's nice and soft so i do the cornersfirst you say you have to play around it untilyou start knowing the vimal then you start pushing harder and harderand try to get in the middle try not to burn yourself and you're doing as you're pushing theair bubbles outwards as you can see i live for their get someskipping hair out we'll make sure all the wall even downbelow
hey now that's all nice and fight okayzoom in right there you can see all their bubbles are out now it's time towork towards the end little if there's an air bubble in there youcan use a wheel pin and pop it and just take the time if i had to used the primer 94 thiswould stick better but i'm just doing this as a demonstration this is showpeople that just kind of walk it towards the edge the corners the next step iswhen you do in the corners and the edges you want to flip it over make sure youhave on cloth or something does this get scratched up and i've done here theywere real quick and so when you're
lifting it up this way what i normallydo if this is actually this is the bottom of the door that's the top of thedoor so what i do is i go right at the edge and i kind of do about that angleokay and it's same thing i'm not sure what angle it is it looks like a 30%angle and when you do now is i lift up and attack lift up tack lift up tap andi'm using my thumb to press on that edge okay this is the top of the door and ido the same thing i do right at the corner and i do that way by pushing upand i'm tapping on pushing up tacking on okay so the next step is i over lap it and i use it over the lap at about aquarter of an inch and i cut off same
thingand overlap it that corner one inch lift up now i just lift up same thing thatwith the packet it dip that packet it and that's it if you screw up you canalways pull it off and if it's like bumble up or anything easy he kind ofsoften it up and i put it right back down but if you use the primer 94 on theedges like you should do it's going to be hard coming back up because it's it'sprimed next step is i cut the knife so it's a nice clean edge and that in anutshell is how you do the cabinetry figure out me comments or questions orif you need some more info or let me do some more videos let me know subscribeto me on youtube you on facebook i'm all
