hey! good morning; i'm mark with lotz home &office here in beautiful downtown naperville at the riverwalk. the spring is finally uponus; let's go to take a look at this last project we just completed.let’s talk first about our customer's concerns; bathroom was a little too small, shower stallwas a little too small and not as masculine as they would have liked it to have been,so let's go take a look. okay let's talk about the customer's bathroom;first we wanted to make the shower area bigger. we want to make the focal point of the bathroom,the back wall and the vanity area. we really want to finish it off with somehigh-end finishes, like a cambria countertop. the vanity from restoration hardware, we reallywant to finish the back wall.
the shower stall with high-end porcelainwe cut in some glass in the niche in the base area and areas to the back wall.in the end i really think we achieved our objective here for the customer's desiredbathroom. it's something more contemporary with a masculine undertone and in fact theyhad mentioned to me that they felt like they saw this bathroom in a high-end magazine.i want to thank you again for joining us; i'm mark with lotz home & office, and thisis your moment with mark. we'll see you next time.
