namaskarwelcome to nishamadhulika.com today we will make mix vegetable sabzi. for making mix vegetable use vegetables as per season or availability at your home. we have used carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, beans, cabbage, capsicum, tomato and paneer. these all vegetables weigh 1 kg. the spices to be used are cumin seeds - â½ tsp asafoetida - 1-2 pinch turmeric powder - â½ tsp


coriander powder - 1 tsp salt - as per taste (1 tsp). red chilly powder - â¼ tsp. ginger - 1 inch piece (grated) green chilly - 2 (chopped) green coriander - 2-3 tbsp (finely chopped). oil - 2 tbsp add 2 tsp oil in pan. when oil gets heated add cumin seeds and asafoetida in the pan.


after suating cumin seeds for while add turmeric powder, ginger, green chilly and coriander powder. sautã© the masala for while. now add vegetables into it. wash and dice all the vegetables before making their use. also add salt and red chilly. stir until vegetables get coated with the spices nicely all these vegetables take very less time to cook. now add 2 tsp water in pan. cover and cook the sabzi for 4 minutes and then check it.


meanwhile cut tomato and paneer. check the vegetable. stir the sabzi with help of spoon. cook for 2 more minutes. keep the vegetables crunchy. now add chopped tomatoes into it. it can also be consumed as it is like a salad. cover the sabzi again for 1-1.5 more minutes. sabzi is ready now


if you don’t wish eating tomatoes like this then add them oil and mash them a bit. you can also grind them as well. now mix paneer into the sabzi. you can also fry paneer little bit and then add it or else add directly if fresh. cook for 1-2 more minutes like this. mix green coriander in the sabzi. mouth drooling mix veg sabzi is ready. serve it with chapatti, parantha or naan. this sabzi made with less spices can be consumed as it is.
